North American SIMS Society Workshop
September 13 - 14

The North America SIMS society will hold a two-day workshop on SIMS techniques (D-SIMS, NanoSIMS and ToF-SIMS) September 13 - 14, and, in partnership with Shared Equipment Authority at Rice University, is organizing a Surface Analysis Tutorials day on September 12th.

Prior to the SIMS workshop, tutorials on Surface Analysis techniques will be offered by national and international SIMs experts.

Participants will have a unique opportunity to learn fundamental and practical aspects on major techniques of surface analysis as well as their applications.
